All orders are shipped with a UPS & FedEx tracking number.
We offer a Freight Collect (Cash on Delivery for Shipping Fees) shipping method for all eligible orders. Under this arrangement, the shipping charges are not prepaid at the time of order placement. Instead, customers will settle the delivery cost directly with the courier upon receipt of the goods.
Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched through our designated logistics partner under the Freight Collect arrangement.
The courier company will calculate the shipping fee based on destination, package weight, and service type at the time of delivery.
The recipient (customer) is required to pay the courier directly for these charges before or upon receiving the parcel.
Note: The total amount due at checkout does not include shipping costs, as they are settled separately with the delivery provider.
Returns

1. Final Sale Items
• For hygiene and safety reasons, all swimwear and underwear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
• We will arrange a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.
3. Return Shipping
• Unless the product is defective or incorrect, we do not accept returns.
• Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
