1.4 Compliance with Law. PrincipalSpirit conducts business in accordance with Canadian consumer protection laws. We strive to ensure that our policies (on pricing, shipping, returns, etc.) comply with federal and provincial regulations .
2.1 Products. We sell physical ballet and swimming apparel and accessories. Product descriptions, images,and information on the site are for reference only. While we aim for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free. If a product offered by PrincipalSpirit is not as described,your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with our Returns Policy below .
2.2 Order Acceptance. All orders are subject to acceptance by PrincipalSpirit. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (including pricing errors, product availability, or suspicion of fraud) before we accept it. Once accepted, your order constitutes a binding contract to purchase, subject to these Terms.
2.3 Pricing and Payment. Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). All prices exclude applicable sales taxes; the total at checkout will include federal GST (5%) and any applicable Provincial tax (e.g., BC PST 7%) for Canadian deliveries . We charge GST/HST on all taxable sales as required by Canadian law .
Payment must be made at the time of purchase via our secure checkout. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods.
2.4 Taxes and Fees. You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed on international shipments. To the extent possible, we will estimate and disclose any known extra charges for cross-border deliveries . Please check with local customs authorities; any such charges are your responsibility.
3.1 Shipping. We offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and shipping method, as shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping service and your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Delivery Methods: We may ship via reliable couriers (UPS and FedEx).
International Shipping: For orders shipped outside Canada, additional duties or customs processing times may apply. You are responsible for all customs fees and import taxes .
Tracking: When available, tracking information will be emailed to you once the order is shipped.
3.2 Delivery Risk. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier receives the shipment from PrincipalSpirit. Once we ship the product, any loss or damage during shipping is the carrier’s responsibility.
3.3 Order Changes. Once an order is placed, we generally cannot change or cancel it. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately; we will do our best to accommodate requests before shipping.
4.1 Returns and Exchanges. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products within 10 calendar days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Exchanges are allowed if the item is in its original condition and packaging. To return or exchange an item:
4.2 Refunds. Refunds will be issued as store credit or to your original payment method (as requested) within 15 days of receiving the returned item. The refunded amount will equal the purchase price of the returned goods. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4.3 Defective or Incorrect Items. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including original and return shipping) at no cost to you.
4.4 Policy Disclosure. By law, we disclose our return, refund, and exchange policies before purchase .These are the only conditions under which returns or refunds are accepted; all other sales are final.
